We are looking for an exceptional customer service professional with excellent call handling and communication skills with a proven track record of customer care experience. You should be comfortable using and learning new CRM software and be able to work calmly under pressure in a fast paced environment.In this key role your duties will include handling customer telephone and email enquiries, ensuring all email queries are responded to within 24 hours, accurately recording sensitive and confidential information on client CRM system, rational problem solving under pressure, assisting with various office tasks as needed.Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.Office based position.Car driver required due to company location.Required skillsCommunication SkillsComputer LiterateCRMCustomer ServiceApplication questions to consider:Do you live close to Redhill Surrey?Do you have previous customer care experience within an office in the UK?Are you happy being office based 5 days a week?Are you comfortable working with CRM systems?Are you a car driver (there is no public transport close to company)?
