Special Needs AssistantContract: Full time, temporary position working Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 3:30pm.Pay: £12.90 per hour Location: BurnleyTeaching Personnel are looking to recruit a dedicated support staff on behalf of a Primary specialist provision. The headteachers boasts about the secure, happy environment they offer to staff and pupils. You will need to have a real desire in creating opportunities for children to develop their abilities to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people/adults with additional needs as the school are looking for someone to grow their children physically, mentally, and socially.This role will work specifically with children in KS2. The pupils who attend this provision have additional needs and therefore a nurturing approach must be adopted. This may present as a challenge as you will need to create strategies enabling the children to cope with high pressure situations.
