As such, the firm offers exceptional prospects for progression including Partnership. The Role The firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in London's West End. You will take a senior role within a busy team that has recently had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload - the team currently provides technically astute advice for Employers & Employees across: Complex TUPE Employment contracts, Restructuring Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreements You will work in synergy with other departments including Litigation & Corporate therefore you must be adaptable, this approach undertaken by the firm has created a sociable culture across their offices, A commercially minded outlook and business development skills will underpin this role, as this firm is seeking to grow their practice. This is a role that comes with excellent progression prospects and where you will be invested in and supported in growing into an excellent lawyer with a high-quality and substantial client base.
