Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the management of your Concession, and team within The Frasers Group, you will take ownership of all key areas of responsibility and be accountable for any outcomes. You will achieve this by having a strong commercial awareness to train, coach, and progress team engagement, providing inspirational leadership on how to surpass the company objectives. You will operate as a business manager for your Concession, ensuring that business initiatives are met with positivity and pace, whilst controlling and delivering across the board for store operations, customer service, budget control, people, and product.Key Result Areas and Competencies: 1. Operations: Manage Concession operations and ensure delivery to expectation on all KPI’sPlan and prioritise workload to ensure a productive and efficient teamTrain and coach the team to best practiceUse business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and meet deadlines 2. Controls: Support with planning store schedules in line with store trading patterns and business expectationBe accountable for controlling wages in the Concession.Support with compliance with processing of payroll issues and problem-solve effectivelyGuide the team to work within timeframes set by the business and set realistic expectations daily3. Sales Understand business and customer expectation and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experienceUnderstand product features and benefits and train your team to maximise sales opportunityUnderstand assigned KPI targets and communicate these clearly to the team. Execute and actively track against these targets and motivate your team to deliver these results4. Development Understand the Fraser Group structure, elevation strategy and initiativesIdentify internal talent in your team, use development opportunities and support performance management processes to drive and reward exceptional performanceBe self-driven in own personal development and take on developmental feedback constructivelyCreate an environment that encourages and rewards performance fairly and equitably5. Leadership and Management Inspire your team and act as a role modelSupport the development, coaching and motivate your team to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriateTake responsibility of your store and be accountable for any outcomesWork closely with the Cluster Manager and contribute to the success of your Concession as a whole
