More info on https://digitsonly.com/faq ℹ️Note: The following job description is directly for the job the client is hiring for.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with digital marketing agencies and their customers. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for agency partners, understanding their unique needs and business challenges. Work closely with agencies to develop specific customer success plans that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations. Ensure clients derive maximum value from their investments in Google technologies and services, thereby increasing renewal and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio of agencies. Provide insights and feedback to internal Google teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers. Deliver and coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients on Google's products and best practices in digital marketing. Monitor and facilitate the customer's adoption of our technology solutions. Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in digital marketing or technology sectors. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms and strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and an ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
