Job Title: Nursery Room Manager Location: DaventrySalary: £26,000 to £28,000 I am currently working with an established childcare provider that are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their team and lead their nursery room. As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children in their care.Key Responsibilities:" Lead a team of nursery practitioners and support staff." Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum." Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the room." Maintain accurate records of children`s progress and development." Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers." Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the room."
