Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and support every child, helping them achieve their full potential.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Youth Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), complex learning disabilities, and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP).
