Teaching personnel currently have very exciting opportunities and are hiring for SEN teaching assistants in Kensington and Chelsea and surrounding areas!You will be working with one of our partners mainstream primary schools and we have a variety of different roles available and can accommodate to if you’d like to work full time or you would like more flexibility.As an SEN Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils with SEMH and/or AutismProvide education and emotional support to all young learners within the schoolWork with other staff members to ensure pupil’s progress is monitored and adjusted to meet the pupil’s needsBe confident in your approach when engaging with learners with SEMH and/or Autism We are keen to speak to people about this SEN Teaching Assistant role with the following skills and experience: Experience in supporting young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH) and/or AutismExperience in supporting pupils in a specialist provision would be ideal but we are also keen to hear from mainstream teaching Assistants looking to move to an SEN settingThe successful SEN TA must share the school’s ethos of working as a whole school team to ensure all the pupil’s academic and emotional needs are metCommutable to Kensignton and Chelsea, London Experience helping students in a specialist facility would be excellent, however we are also interested in hearing from mainstream teaching assistants looking to relocate to a SEN environment.What we are offering Excellent rates of pay and weekly pay through PAYEA dedicated consultant who specializes in Primary Education who will guide you throughout the application process.You will have 24/7 access to your online portal where you can manage your calendar, view payslips and update your personal details.Access to various development courses through out CPD courses e.g. behaviour management, safeguarding, assessment methods and strategies, cover supervisor course, etc – these are all free or heavily discounted and you will receive a certificate on successful completion!Excellent work life balanceBuilds classroom experience and provides permanent opportunitiesA variety of school placements; you can pick and choose what you want to accept and declineLong and short term assignmentsA 'Recommend A Friend Scheme' with the opportunity to earn up to £50 per referral If this role sounds like something you’d love to do then apply now and one of our consultants will be in touch ASAP to discuss your application!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
