If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a High-Level Teaching Assistant in Leighton Buzzard.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Lead small group activities and interventions to support student learning and progress.Assist in planning and preparing resources to meet the needs of individual students and the whole class.Support the management of behavior and classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.Provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress and performance. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school setting.Previous experience covering primary classesStrong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to support students across a range of subjects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when necessary.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students. Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
