Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the nursery.Responsibilities: Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management of the nursery Support and lead the nursery staff team Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children Monitor and assess the quality of teaching and learning Implement nursery policies and procedures Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting Sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children RequirementsMinimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education. Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting.
