Mediplacements is currently seeking a band 2 Medical Laboratory Assistant for an ongoing locum role with our client located in Surrey.The pay for this position is £10-£12 per hour and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible working full-time.Job Description : Essential -Processing EDTA FBC samples, tracking samples and sending on to outstanding work, FCAL extractions and IT literate/IG and H&S knowledge/some lab experience preferred.The duties of this position include all tasks related to a Medical Laboratory Assistant. These may include, but are not limited to, preparing samples for testing, performing basic laboratory procedures, and assisting with the maintenance of laboratory equipment.Professional registration or qualifications are not required for this position, however, experience in a similar role is preferred.When you work with Mediplacements, you will have access to a range of benefits that will support you in your role.
