The clinic, dedicated to client and employee satisfaction, is in the process of building its reputation and brand name. As the Veterinary Nurse Director, you will oversee, guide and EXPAND the nursing department, which at present includes nurses, SVN's, and ANA's and set to grow as the clinic establishes. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic nursing team in a state-of-the-art clinic. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.Some key responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care.Expand the nursing team in line with business and client growth through effective recruitment methods. Collaborate with a team of 3 Vets holding certificates in Medicine.Contribute to the clinic's reputation for excellence in client and patient care. The Clinic's Facilities/Layout: 4 consult rooms, open plan clinics, separate dog and cat areas.Dedicated X-Ray and Dental X-Ray room, ultrasound machines.Modern office spaces, digital whiteboards, and advanced facilities.Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
