This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer who wants to work in-house on high quality corporate projects including M&A, joint ventures & partnerships and reorganisations. Our client is known for being a great place to work. The business is growing and looking to expand its legal team with an additional corporate lawyer. With an already significant legal team and strong support networks in place, you will be responsible for supporting the business on a range of corporate projects, you will work closely with the legal team and stakeholders across the breadth of the business and supporting on wide ranging corporate projects including sales, aquisitions, jointventures & partnerships and reorganisations. In return for enthusiasm and commitment, our client offers a competitive salary (to £71,634) plus package (including bonus to 12%, pension scheme and generous holiday allowance. The business have a truly flexible approach to the working day, including flexible hours and hybrid working from Nottingham or the West Midlands HQ. Part-time or Full-time working pattern will be considered.
