Established real estate boutique in the West End is looking to hire an employment partner to head up their offering. This firm has been part of the fabric of the West End for decades, quietly doing excellent work for a loyal clientele. It is very well run, with a dynamic and progressive Managing Partner at the helm. After a couple of busy years, diversification is the plan for 2024, and recruiting an Employment specialist is key to this. Employment work is currently handled by consultants and while some following will be required, the firm is in a good position to help someone get up and running. The firm’s client base is predominantly SMEs, developers, investors and a referral network including partners in high profile City firms. Their Head of Corporate & Commercial joined from another West End stalwart and has found it an excellent platform. Flexible working is absolutely fine here so those who want a hybrid role should get in touch, although there is a nice office in a popular location. Senior level associates as well as partners will be considered for this role – what we are looking for is someone who has a good track record of developing a practice and who is looking to to take charge of a function.
