This role would be a full-time reception Teaching Assistant position.Responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher, supporting and encouraging children within the classroom in day-to-day activities, carrying out small group interventions and assisting with the preparation of resources.This Teaching Assistant vacancy is a full-time position working Monday to Friday starting after ASAP and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year.Required skills and experience for this Teaching Assistant role: Level 2 or above in a relevant Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) qualification.Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in Primary Schools (preferred if you have previously worked in a Reception or Early Years class)Confident conducting small group interventions, and 1:1 observation on children within the classroom.To be able to work effectively and efficiently alongside the class teacher.
