About the Role:GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Lincoln. Your role will involve providing personalized assistance, promoting a love for learning, and contributing to the overall academic development of students in diverse subjects. Teaching Assistant Role: Working alongside the class teacher to plan, supervise, and present imaginative lessonsActing as a positive role model and proficiently handling behaviorProviding one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs, as well as small group interventions.Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs, as well as small group interventions.Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience when working with students facing academic or behavioural challenges.Hold relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field.Are passionate about supporting the learning and development of young people and making a positive difference in their lives.
