Job DescriptionWhat the role will entail;We are looking for a Nature Based Solutions Design Lead with proven technical capacity and business acumen to join our water team.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a pipeline of projects linking wastewater treatment to reuse in a sustainable way. Specific work includes outline and detailed design of projects within a collaborative capital delivery environment and feasibility/optioneering/scoping studies.If you are interested in working in a thriving business as part of a dynamic and growing team, driving innovation and sustainable solutions then we are interested in hearing from you.Role Requirements:Take the role of technical lead on nature-based solution projects, or programmes of smaller projects, where appropriate.Champion Nature Based Solutions to UK&I Water Clients externally, and AECOM stakeholders internally.Mentor Design Engineers to promote their technical and professional development.Manage a team of Design Engineers to complete design aspects of project delivery.Carry out the technical checking of work.Assist in preparation of proposals to clients.
