Job DescriptionPurpose of Role: To lead the delivery of complex advisory and compliance projects relating to the design and implementation of employee share schemes and other incentive plans, including associated tax and compliance requirements.Key responsibilities: Client workAct as trusted adviser and engage with clients on wider commercial and strategic issuesLead a portfolio of complex advisory and compliance accountsGive exceptional client service, taking the lead in managing and developing client relationshipsTechnically strongIdentifying new opportunities and leading on business development initiativesStaff management and developmentLiaising with Partners Managing a team of practitioners from Associate through to Associate Director gradesWork collaboratively with peers in team and across firm to ensure joined up approachPractice developmentInvolved in business development activities/profile raising locallyDelivering technical expertise and input to the wider practiceAble to identify market and client opportunities through the publication of legislative changes, delivering thought leadership where appropriatePersonal development (technical & other)Internal and external seminars and coursesReadingInternal meetings
