We are recruiting for an outstanding Teaching Assistant with the health and wellbeing of students always in mind in and around the Oldbury area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for: Providing the necessary support to learner within a primary school environment, with a focus on strong communication, interaction, and learning. Understanding social, emotional, mental health, sensory and physical needs. Consistently providing support and encouragement to aid to student's progression and educational path. Working 1-1 or within small groups. Adapting your approach to suit individuals learning capabilities and competency. Ideally you will to have: Level 3 qualification Experience supporting young adults or primary/secondary students in an educational environment. An understanding of the teaching of phonics.
