CCTV/Security Service Engineer London £35k-£40k per annumAre you a skilled and proactive Service Engineer seeking a new and dynamic role? Join our team as we expand, and play a vital part in maintaining and repairing Security Systems installed at customer premises. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position demands initiative, autonomy, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Main Duties; Receiving work assignments from the Service Administrator (SA) or Service Manager (SM). Conducting reactive fault finding and rectification on various security systems, including CCTV, IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Door Entry Systems, Server Hardware/Software, and Workstation Hardware/Software. Performing planned preventative maintenance on security systems. Participating in the 24/7/365 callout rota, providing reactive fault finding and rectification outside regular hours.
