We are looking to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for work based in secondary schools in and surrounding areas for a 2024 start! About the Role and SchoolThe desired Early Career Teacher (ECT) will be working in our client secondary schools from 2024, we have various roles available ranging from day to day supply cover to more longer term contracts. The Early Career Teacher (ECT) will be responsible for delivering their subject across Key Stage 3 and 4 to mixed ability classes. We are looking for an Early Career who is passionate and determined with high expectations of behaviour and attainment.A great opportunity to work and gain experience in a number of different schools to gauge where you want your career to take you.We work with a number of client Secondary Schools in our Newcastle office across the North East which have an outstanding reputation in their local area and are passionate about ensuring our community provides the best possible education for our children. Candidates have the freedom to let us know where they are happy to travel for work, and what year groups.Requirements to be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will: Have recent experience teaching students aged 11-16Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staffHave a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessonsHave passed your teacher training course Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
