Job DescriptionPortico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host, for a multi-tenant corporate building offering premium office space in West London.The building is a converted factory structure in a campus office environment, comprised of three blocks up to five storeys in height, with an on-site coffee bar and gardens.Working alongside another team member, the Welcome Host will “own” the ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service, and will drive occupier engagement within the building by arranging a range of events & activities. This Welcome Host role caries plenty of accountability and we are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes. They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors, as well as working alongside the Facilities Manager and building owners to drive new initiatives to improve the customer experience.Hours: 45 hours per week, shifts between 7am - 5pm from Monday - FridaySalary: £31,930
