Preparing cheese boards, charcuterie and small plates for customers. Receiving food deliveries and completing necessary temperature checks. Washing and polishing glassware and plates during and after service. Replenishing stock when needed before, during and after shift Complying and following licensing regulations and food safety procedures. Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional products and services. Undertake other duties commensurate with grade and role, eg helping to clear floor. Be at work on time and prepare everything ready for service. Requirements Food safety and Hygiene level 3. Keen eye for detail. Excellent team player and a fun member of the team. Effective at working under pressure. Passion and knowledge for food. Experienced in food preparation.
