Facilitate ongoing training and development for the nursing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Monitor and assess the quality of care delivered, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Implement and oversee measures to maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards and policies.Conduct patient assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care for residents.Foster effective communication within the nursing team and with other healthcare professionals.
