Children's Residential WorkerChildren's Residential Worker About the RoleThe Residential Worker will be responsible for supporting one, possibly two young people in a newly opened children's home. This is a 1-2 bed home, and the successful candidate will be required to work shift and weekend hours.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe and supportive environment for the young personsEncourage and support the young persons in their daily activitiesAssist with personal care and hygieneAdminister medication as requiredComplete accurate records and reportsRequirementsAt least one year of experience working in a Children's homeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and night shiftsA valid driving license is desirableSalary and BenefitsThe company is offering a rate of £15 per hour and a fixed rate of £60 for sleep-in shifts.
