Moxi Recruitment are thrilled to partner with a primary school in Wallasey to recruit for a Learning Mentor to support a pupil on a one to one basis. You will have a passion for working with children, with strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively support children in a classroom setting. the working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, working in the afternoons only, between 12 - 15 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support to pupils, assisting with academic tasks and understanding of subject matter. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of the pupil Working with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
