Administrator Sutton Monday-Friday08:45am till 17:00pm £15.18per hour
The ideal candidate does not need Housing experience but must have good telephone and admin skills, be resilient, empathetic and manage residents' expectations firmly and respectfully.
this is a soley office based role with no hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high quality customer experience to customers across multiple channels
Deliver an empathetic service to customers in a professional manner whilst resolving their query and reducing hand offs across the business
Use SHP systems and information to deliver the most appropriate outcome for customers, including an audit trail on NEC of contact transactions and outcomes
Ensuring customer contact details are recorded and updated
Deliver a consistent and outcome focused service for all customer enquiries resolving those enquiries wherever possible across all service areas and escalating in line with agreed processes when unable to resolve at the first point of contact
Become a service matter expert for an allocated service area and provide support to colleagues in that area. Key Outcomes:

High quality control and customer satisfaction scores
Resolution of 80% of enquiries at the first point of contact
Increase customer satisfaction
