Secondary D&T TeacherLocation: Sleaford / GranthamType: Short-term or long-termSalary: £120-200 (depending on experience and responsibilities) We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Technology Teacher to join our dynamic team at Protocol Education for the Sleaford / Grantham area. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching Technology subjects and the ability to create a stimulating learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Specialism or strong subject knowledge in Technology, Design, or related fields.Experience teaching Technology subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Technology and its assessment framework.Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Technology subjects that promote student engagement and achievement.Assess and provide feedback on students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their achievements.Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technology to deliver interactive and dynamic lessons.Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
