We're seeking committed, patient individuals who champion the worth of every child and are devoted to fostering our students' success.Currently, we're on the lookout for a SEN Teacher to become a valued member of our warm, tight-knit community and provide support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you're a qualified teacher or someone eager to undergo training with us over two years, we welcome your application. Qualified teachers can anticipate a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) focused on enhancing mathematics education for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) throughout our program.The ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire and encourage students, nurturing meaningful progress while elevating achievement levels and self-confidence. Proficiency in behavior management and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are crucial, as is certification or a willingness to undergo training in and utilize Team Teach techniques.Our dynamic professional setting, spanning various locations, ensures that each day presents fresh challenges and avenues for personal development.
