The school are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated and hardworking team of specialised support staff.Graduate Teaching Assistant Provide dedicated support to teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development, offering individual attention and guidance.Taking small groups for interventions – for example Maths or PhonicsCarry out administrative duties, such as preparing the classroom and clearing away after class to ensure effective teaching can take place Requirements of the role Positive approach to working with children and the ability to motivate, inspire and build rapport.You will have loads of initiative, be well organised and pro-activeRespect for diversity, as you'll be working with pupils from a range of backgroundsRecently qualified or about to finish Teaching Assistant qualification.An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)A full checkable work history Be available Monday to Friday, term time only We offer competitive salaries, paid bi-weekly and a great candidate experience including regular contact from our team and a huge commitment for finding work that you want !GSL Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
