Job DescriptionThe Role:The International Investment & Accountability team at Publicis Media Exchange is recruiting for a Senior Investment Manager to join them at the London Headquarters.Your direct report will be the Investment Director and the Managing Partner.As a growing team, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow within the I&A Department. Travel will also be required from time to time, either to visit local clients or our network.There are significant training opportunities available at Publicis Media, covering a wide range of subject matter. Members of the team are encouraged to participate in any and all available training, so as to further develop their personal and professional skills.In addition to the above, there are a wide range of additional benefits available to members of staff including; discounts on Gym membership, Reiki and Reflexology, and Yoga to name a few.Key responsibilitiesDay to day management of accountability programs for selected key international clients.To develop, review and optimise reporting templates and processes.Lead the preparation of buying results to clients, locally or abroad.Alongside the Business director, present agency position in client auditsManaging and developing colleagues in the Team.Create and lead the presentation of projects for team meetingsDeveloping strong relationships with clients, traders in local offices, WW account teams and media auditors.Adapt / Evolve existing value management methodologies for new / renewal of businessProviding advice and support to local offices on media accountability.Manage global and regional communications effectively to share best practice and get desired results from local marketsTo work alongside the rest of the Worldwide Investment team to maintain a strong collaborative global trading community.To contribute to New Business pitches, responding to RFIs and cost exercises.To assist in the negotiation and management of global trading agreements.Add more on presenting and drafting methodologies
