Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our LGC Assure team!You will be responsible for the retention, growth and development of all assigned accounts across all sectors of Assure business unit. You will conduct and detail ongoing account planning, understand customers’ needs, and successfully implement strategic activities for assigned accounts.Additionally, you will build strong and long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts within the LGC Assure sectors and act as the central point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their complete happiness.You'll be encouraged to drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts and to become a trusted resource to their assigned account contacts encouraging opportunities for expansion.Does this sound like you?
