We stay connected through regular all-company touchpoints, including our quarterly ‘More Together’ wellbeing days.About the roleReporting to one of our Service Leads, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and campaign management with a major FS client, helping us build on Signal’s reputation for exemplary campaign and service delivery.As part of a busy Client team, you will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently (Email, SMS, Web, DM and Video) and have a knack for building relationships and forging strong connections with your day-to day contacts.We will provide training on our systems and tools, but you will need to get stuck into campaign delivery and build fantastic relationships with the client.Experience in working in data driven, direct marketing is a must.
