Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator: Raise order numbers for partsKeep the CRM system updatedLiaise with other depots that deliveries are on scheduleBooking in transport requests Checking invoices against transport logs Requirements of the Fleet Administrator Excellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasksA confident and flexible attitudeGood knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality ControlPrevious background in transport/fleet/logistics or the hire industry You may of worked as a Fleet Administrator, Transport Administrator, Fleet Controller, Transport Controller, Hire Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, Transport Planner, Fleet Planner, Transport Coordinator or similar.
