Job Title: Administrator, Holmeswood, £11.75- £12.00 per hour, Monday - Friday (onsite) hours 9.30-3pm (potential to be full time at peak times) Location: Rural Farm-based E-commerce BusinessWe are seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join the team at the rural farm-based e-commerce business that was established in 2019. As an integral part of the small team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store specialising in Candles, cups, jugs, plates and pots. Responsibilities:Manage administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and inventory management using Office 365 suite.Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of products.Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly, primarily through social media platforms. Give the users a fabulous experience of this online businessAssist in the creation and maintenance of product listings and descriptions on our website.Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.Support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content.Requirements:Proficiency in Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. If you have experience in CANVA that would be great too!Must be highly organised, reliable and punctual as they are a small business who are doing big things, so its a collaborative team approach.To be able to problem solve, and work under your own initiative sometimes.Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, as the location is rural and requires occasional travel.Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in e-commerce or retail administration.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.Basic knowledge of graphic design software for creating social media content is a plus.Join them in their mission to bring the charm of rural living to households everywhere through their unique selection of house ornaments and candles.
