Executive Assistant Job Description Job Title: Executive Assistant Reporting To: Group Executive Directors Staff Reporting: None Salary: £27k - £30k Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am -6pm) Caridon are a fast-growing, award-winning property letting and management firm based in Croydon, South London. We own and manage over 2,000 properties across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex and Bristol and are looking for enthusiastic hard-working individuals to join our team who have a hunger to succeed. Role: An Executive Assistant with a solid background within the Property industry to support the Group Executive Directors As well as being responsible for the typical day to day EA duties, there will be ad hoc tasks and projects to support with. Skills: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a personal assistant role with a least 3 years in the property industry. Excellent command of Microsoft packages Organisational and multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to take on responsibility and think outside the box. A proactive self-starter with initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels. Highest level of discretion and confidentiality. Dealing with emails and correspondence and screening /controlling telephone calls. Undertake any reasonable request as directed by the Group Executive Directors.
