About the role To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant (SEND) you will be able to: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, aiding their personal, social and academic development.Support the teacher in a whole class setting.Promote the social and emotional wellbeing of pupils.Implement and support with Individualised Learning Plans.Promote a safe and inclusive environment for pupils to thrive. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Previous experience supporting children with additional needs and/or SEMH needs.
