Long-established, local law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Workington. Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing role within an accredited property team, working on your own varied caseload from inception to completion that will include work such as: Contracts of Sale Legal Searches Land Registry requirements, both registered and unregistered land Sales & purchase Re-mortgage cases Transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 2 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well within a busy and friendly team, has excellent client care skills and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
