L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service (South West London) We are currently seeking Experienced Social Workers with a passion for or background in working with disabled children and young people to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our supportive and friendly team in a developing service area. Requirements (L3 Senior Social Worker -Children's Service): Minimum of 3 years' post-Assessed and Supported Year in Employment experience. Demonstrated interest in or experience of working with disabled children and young people. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Responsibilities (Social Care): Conduct comprehensive assessments. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Provide direct support and intervention to children and families. Monitor and review progress regularly, making adjustments to plans as needed. Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
