Robert Half are working on behalf of a business based near Cirencester to find a Finance Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will offer hybrid working opportunities, and also a 4 or 5 day working week You will ideally be qualified CIMA /ACCA and have SME experience You will help with providing financial information and data for business decisions and management accounts for the wider team. The role will work closley with budget holders, so strong communciation skills we be needed. You will manage all the traditional month end accounting, including balance sheet management and transactional accounting duties. Working within a buyt SME environment, you will have a "can do" approach and add to the culture where all the team help where needed across the business. If you are looking for a hands on role, in a busy and friendly SME, then this role could be ideal. The position is available on a temporary to permanent basis, with a salary of up to 50k.
