Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils, fostering a nurturing environment for their social, emotional, and educational development.Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to devise and deliver personalized learning and care plans.Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the school's SEN team and ensuring targets are met.
