We are seeking a Community Library Officer for a Local Authority Client based in North London. As a Community Library Officer, you will deliver high-quality library services to the community. You'll oversee daily operations, including maintaining the extensive collection of books and digital resources, organising community activities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all library users. About the role:You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: Manage day-to-day library operations to provide an exceptional service.Develop and implement a community library business plan in collaboration with residents and partners.Coordinate community activities and digital initiatives to meet local needs.Provide support to library users with digital technology and self-service options. About you:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in a library or customer-focused setting.Experience in organising community activities and working with volunteers.Knowledge of digital technology and community engagement principles.
