Purpose of the role: The Digital Partnerships and Wholesale Assistant will provide support to the Digital Partnerships and Wholesale team to successfully drive and achieve the sales objectives in line with the delivery of the digital wholesale trading strategy. The Digital Partnerships and Wholesale Assistant will be responsible for the listing of products online across all our ecommerce partners accounts as well as maximising sales via product optimisation, commercially planning and trading products through partners accounts. They will assist the Wholesale and Digital Partnerships Team on all sales campaigns, own daily tasks to support partner companies, and will be the key contact for e-commerce wholesale accounts. Main Duties and Key responsibilities: Assist on weekly trade reporting, producing reports that highlight bestsellers, category performance and website trends to help make informed decisions to improve the website and maximise sales. Analyse sales reports and be prepared to offer suggestions based on customer need and availability Responsible for managing all imagery and content information across partnership and wholesale sites Managing product set up process from start to finish, uploading, enriching, and maintaining products on partners and wholesale website, liaising with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met Set-up, maintain and manage individual client Buy Plans Conduct daily site checks to ensure product listing pages are optimised and most relevant products are displayed Responsible for assisting in hitting weekly and monthly targets Develop close working relationships with the operations and customer service team to track and maintain product availability, be able to communicate shipping status to Digital Partnerships and Wholesale Clients Review and update the Digital Wholesale partners sites on a weekly basis to ensure a consistent customer experience and identify content and refresh opportunities Responsible for all on-site copy and product attributes, providing digital and wholesale partners completing attribute templates and providing digital wholesale partners with all data as needed Assist with showroom set ups, and breakdowns and become familiar with the showroom and product groupings Liaise with and build a close working relationship with the key stakeholders across Product, Merchandising, Creative, Customer Service and Operations Work with the team to deliver the online customer journey strategy, utilising tools to optimise onsite search, product features, filters, and attribution Provide ad hoc support to the team in the delivery of duties and project milestones aligned with overall digital trading strategy Liaise with and build a close working relationship with the key stakeholders across Merchandising, Creative, Buying, Customer Service and Operations Assist Trading Director in day to day running of Seraphine Retail stores Requirements Some work experience in fashion /retail / ecommerce Good use and knowledge of Excel Some admin experience Highly attentive and has an eye for detail A quick learner Excellent communicator and collaborates across departments Strong problem-solving skills and is keen to find solutions to given challenges Is a self-starter who is highly motivated and enthusiastic Takes pride in their work Proactive as well as reactive highly organised, with excellent time management skills being able to work to tight deadlines Approachable and friendly - works well in a team Good use of initiative and wants to progress Good command of the English language both written and spoken French language would be a helpful skill This position would suit someone who has a passion for fashion and some previous experience in retail and proficiency in Excel. This role will be 3 days a week in our W1 office and 2 days from home.
