This Magic Circle law firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE, to join their Tier 1 ranked City of London team as an Associate. Providing a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, rights issues & secondary issues and advisory work. You will provide legal and commercial expertise predominantly on complex M&A transactions, large scale re-organisations and joint venture arrangements as well as corporate advisory work; across a wide range of sectors including financial services, CG&R (commercial goods & retail), healthcare, industrials, natural resources, real estate, aviation and technology.Requirements Be an outstanding lawyer with 2-6 years PQE, and extensive experience in Corporate matters Good organisational skills and enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work. Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
