Position - Senior Building SurveyorLocation - BirminghamSalary - Up to £58,500 + £4,250Car Allowance + BonusAn opportunity for a qualified Building Surveyor/Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading Building Consultancy department in Birmingham. The team advises both investor and corporate occupier clients and work on a broad range of instructions.The successful candidate will join a busy office and be working alongside other internal departments such as Investment, Agency, Managed Services, Valuations, Lease Advisory, Planning and Rating, to provide holistic, commercial advice to our clients.We are looking for an outward-looking, 'all-rounder' Associate Building Surveyor with a sense of 'team spirit' and an ambition to deliver excellenceWhat this job involves Preparing specifications for, and administering, repair and refurbishment contracts Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies Preparing planned preventative maintenance plan Undertaking Reinstatement Cost Assessments Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required Undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and providing a professional and excellent client service at all times Some travel will be required in this role Sound like you?
