Financial Accountant Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 Location: Marylebone, London Hybrid: 3 days in the office My client a leading restaurant group is looking for a hands on individual to join the team as a financial accountant, to assist with the groups revenue, bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Key Accountabilities: Reviewing bank reconciliations on a weekly and periodic basis prepared by the finance graduate. Oversight of the finance graduate who processes bank payments and cover when unavailable Perform takings and revenue reconciliation for store and delivery partner income and performing balance sheet reconciliations Performing periodic gift card accounting covering physical gift cards, e-gifts and buy a gift Maintain bank signatories and banking administration Performing postings to P&L which includes, recharges to restaurants, gift-card commissions and breakage, marketing costs and restaurant sales for marketing promotions Support the Finance Manager with preparation of year end audit files Experience, Skills & Behaviors: 2 years+ Accounting/Finance experience with experience of bank and balance sheet reconciliations required Revenue reconciliations experience advantageous Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. Strong communication skills, with a willingness to liaise with different departments across the business. Advanced excel skills. High attention to detail.
