We are looking for a Primary Teacher experienced in teaching a range of subjects and who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world. The School is a new independent special educational needs provision, for 32 pupils aged 5-12. The successful candidate will be working alongside Teachers, support staff and therapists to deliver the curriculum and help nurture a therapeutic environment to meet a range of needs including social, emotional, behavioural, communication and learning difficulties.Responsibilities: Design and deliver tailored lessons for SEND students.Adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessibility and success.Implement individualised education plans and foster a supportive classroom.Collaborate with support staff for holistic student development.Monitor progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience in teaching SEND students preferred not essential.Strong understanding of various SEND conditions and effective strategiesExcellent communication skills for student, parent and colleague engagement.
