We are proud of our vast, diverse, and highly skilled team, who help to make our industry Better Connected and Better Informed.As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our marketing organization and ensuring that we are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.Your key responsibilities as a Marketing Operations Manager will include: Collaborating closely with marketing leadership and BDRs to drive leads and pipeline; optimizing marketing funnel and account-based strategies Working with Revenue Operations and Marketing to enhance GTM strategy and conversions; providing insights to Marketing and Sales organization Leading marketing performance and KPI reporting; implementing measurement systems Managing all marketing leads in HubSpot and Salesforce (Fusion) to ensure data quality and compliance; nurturing, scoring, and moving leads through the funnel Defining standard reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance, analytics, and ROI via weekly and monthly marketing funnel reporting Leading marketing automation efforts for the business Building processes, strategies, and leading projects to improve marketing/BDR productivity Monitoring the success of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic activities Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are cutting-edge To join us as a Marketing Operations Manager, you will need the following skills and experience: You have demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and implementing successful marketing operations You are knowledgeable in marketing automation and technology solutions You have experience supporting and reporting on demand generation and account-based targeting programs You prove an advanced understanding of marketing data, measurement, and analytics You should have experience building marketing lead funnel reporting and managing marketing leads (preferably in HubSpot and Salesforce) You possess experience optimizing workflow and processes for Inbound opportunities conversion optimization You are used to managing leads from marketing campaigns through nurture to BDR handoffs You must be experienced with reporting, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns at scale Your expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase is a strong suit You have practical experience with BI platforms You're excellent when it comes to communication and presentation skills You should be detail-oriented, responsive, and organised You must be a team player who builds trusted relationships across various departments You are proactive in identifying areas of opportunities to gain efficiencies You are passionate about working with a talented and energizing group of professionals By joining the team at FE fundinfo as a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be offered the following: 25 days annual leave (option to buy an additional 5 days per year) Enhanced paternity, maternity, and shared parental leave Pension scheme Sponsored learning and development, including formal qualifications Health cover Discounted gym memberships Bike to Work scheme Eye care and flu jabs In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values Trust, Connectivity, and Innovation.
