Join Our Children’s Home in Plymouth and become a valued member of our team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and young people.Supported by your manager and a team of dedicated Support Workers, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and young individuals in residential settings, offering them a nurturing and enjoyable environment despite the obstacles they may face. Our residents, aged between 8 and 18, may exhibit emotional and behavioural challenges, which is why we are seeking individuals who are motivated, resilient, and adaptable to varying situations.As a Residential Support Worker, you will work on a rotational basis, totaling 39 hours per week, encompassing long shifts and sleep-ins. While qualifications and experience are beneficial, they are not essential for this role.
