Job Role: IQA Health and Social CareLocation: Bradford, BD1Contract: Part-time, 1-2 days a monthA specialist provision in BD1 who deliver training and employment skills to pupils 14-29 years. They are looking for a specialist IQA Health and Social Care Tutor to support 1-2 days a month, delivering Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care Training. The IQA will support tutors to develop and deliver to the required quality standards, a range of Health and Social Care qualifications from pre-employment entry level to level 5 as well as functional Skills to Level 2. The IQA will work with tutors to ensure planning and delivery facilitates inclusivity and accessibility for blended learning environments and continuous improvements from quality assurance activities to improve performance and outcomes for learners.You will need experience of providing IQA support to teaching and delivery staff across Health & Social Care qualification frameworks enabling a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualifications specifications. In doing, so promoting an integrated pathway of learning, training, coaching and assessment on work related programmes to meet the needs of employers and learners, to the standards set by awarding bodies or end point assessment organisations and ensure timely achievement of learner goals and qualifications as per Company and Regulating Bodies KPIs.Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK residentWilling to travelHave an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for oneHave a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for oneMinimum of six months UK residencyWe do not accept those on skilled worker visasPlease ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employmentMust hold relevant qualifications If you are interested in applying or finding out more then please send across your CV.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
